CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support the Valuation business. This role balances transactional processes with frontline coaching for employees and managers in designated client groups, ensuring accurate execution and strong service delivery.

You will analyze HR data, coordinate projects, and partner with COEs to optimize the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding while maintaining compliance and fostering a culture aligned with CBRE's values.

Aufgaben

• Implement, manage, and transform processes. Develop solutions that drive impact.
• Partner with COEs and HR operations team to manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding and employee relations.
• Take ownership of key HR projects, aggregating data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation.
• Make recommendations for policies and activities to strengthen the company culture by suggesting ways to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze HR metrics and data, from a variety of systems for trends and insights with attention to talent initiatives, hiring practices, employee engagement, attrition, and compliance with employment regulations, while assessing data quality.
• Prepare and present analysis to senior HR and business colleagues, with excellent attention to detail.
• Respond to unemployment claim inquiries and background check adjudication requests.
• Support employee and frontline managers day-to-day.
