Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study desired.
• Prior HR or management experience preferred.
• Experience with computer, data entry and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring effort, and coordinate orientation and training processes.
• Ensure onboarding of all new hires and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate payroll related questions and submit time & attendance data for payroll.
• Assist employees with benefits, PTO, leaves, and plan details communications.
• Educate employees on company policies, vacation schedules, and benefits.
• Lead Safety Team to ensure compliance and maintain safety programs and inspections.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log and prepare required reports.
