Job summary

SoGo Packaging, LLC is seeking an HR Safety Coordinator to support daily HR and workplace safety programs. The role requires coordinating recruiting, onboarding, HR documentation, safety inspections, and incident follow-up on the manufacturing floor.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of HR/Safety experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR, Safety, or manufacturing admin experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and documentation.
• Assist with Form I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and related documents.
• Support benefits enrollment activities and employee communications.
• Coordinate employee training, recognition programs, and company events.
• Assist with safety inspections, incident investigations, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Maintain safety training records and track compliance with required trainings.
