Pro Coffee Gear is seeking a People Operations & Development Lead to design, manage, and optimize how we hire, onboard, and develop talent. You will drive a data-driven WHO hiring process, create clear development roadmaps for teams, and partner with leadership to scale HR operations across a remote organization.

You will lead onboarding, performance management, and HR systems implementation to ensure consistent candidate experiences and high retention in a growth-stage company driven by data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR, or Talent Development roles in growth-stage companies
• Deep familiarity with structured hiring methods and scorecard-based processes
• Experience designing onboarding programs and performance management systems
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with managers
• Ability to design scalable processes, templates, and systems while maintaining discretion

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the WHO hiring process from scorecard creation to interviews and references
• Create end-to-end onboarding workflows with access, setup, and 30/60/90-day milestones
• Develop performance review cadences, give feedback, and build development roadmaps
• Oversee HR operations: benefits, time-off policies, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and scalable HR systems across the organization
