You will collaborate with IT, Workplace Experience, Comms, and HR, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the HR portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in training facilitation and program management.
• Strong project management and time management with high attention to detail.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

• Proactive, resourceful mindset with ownership.
• Experience documenting workflows and SOPs.
• Empathy and advocacy for culture and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, execution, and strategy for Employee Experience programs.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and documentation for consistency and scalability.
• Host live program sessions and create an engaging, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs and guest speakers for alignment.
• Coordinate with IT, Workplace Experience, Comms, and HR teams on dependencies.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to measure impact and refresh curriculum.
• Identify and automate operational processes within the HR portfolio.
