Job summary

Anduril Industries in Seattle is seeking a Program Manager for the People PM Team. You will own key People Programs, from talent acquisition to compensation, and partner with leaders across the company to drive program initiatives.

With a solid foundation in project management, you will analyze data, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders to translate complex people data into actionable plans. You will build trust across teams and maintain program schedules and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
• Maintain an insanely high execution bar and see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward.
• Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Use qualitative and quantitative skills to tackle complex problems with strong analyses that influence operational decisions.
• Build trust and credibility with senior partners, translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
• Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting narratives and updates that align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.
