Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a remote HR Operations Associate to support People Practices Services Delivery, handling employee data transactions in Workday and enabling timely operational workflows.

You will assist coaching teams and hiring managers, while supporting programs in talent assessments, development, recognition and compensation processes. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and process integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of related experience required.
• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
• Experience in compensation administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes employee transactions in Workday accurately.
• Provides responsive support for transactional requests to hiring managers and teammates.
• Supports programs including talent assessments, development programs, employee recognition, and compensation processes.
• Ensures background checks and pre-employment due diligence are processed consistently and accurately.
• Supports performance management, certification management, and LMS administration activities.
• Provides information for People Practices events like Townhalls and Peer Group meetings.
• Utilizes templates for relocation and per diem agreements.
