Job summary

ACRT Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist, People Operations to provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with managers and HR partners to ensure accurate records and timely processes. You will manage Workday HCM tasks, background checks, and pre-employment activities, delivering responsive service and a positive employee experience across our multi-state workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two+ years of HR, People Operations, HR coordination, or related experience.
• Experience with an HRIS/HCM system.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day People Operations support to employees and managers, responding to HR questions and service requests.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, job and compensation changes, transfers, organizational changes, employee data updates, and separations.
• Coordinate HR activities with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and other internal partners to ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle activities.
• Support Workday HCM processes across the lifecycle and assist with routine questions.
• Own background checks and pre-employment screening activities and coordinate with vendors and teams.
