Job summary

Rensa Filtration is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Archdale, NC operations, aligning people strategies with business goals and coaching leaders for performance and growth.

The role covers employee relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention efforts while ensuring legal compliance. Travel between Archdale and High Point is required and expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designations considered an asset.
• Minimum 3+ years of HR generalist experience in the US including health & safety, labor relations, EEO, disability management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Establish credibility with people leaders, operations staff, and clients, earning business buy-in.
• Understand business needs by maintaining a heavy presence on the production floor.
• Advise on HR issues and implement HR programs across the organization.
• Ensure managers consistently use the performance management process and develop plans.
• Coach leadership to improve engagement and retention, and support succession planning.
