Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• 6+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and HR policies.
• Experience using HR systems and payroll tools for HR data management.
• Ability to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and lead employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Leadership to advise on workforce planning and talent development.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR processes for up to 100 employees.
• Drive Employee Engagement and Relations; foster an inclusive workplace culture; address employee relations matters, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead talent development opportunities and partner with managers to build employee skills and career growth.
• Guide performance reviews, talent discussions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; promote employee well‑being.
• Utilize HR data to drive decisions; maintain accurate records and report turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.
