Job summary

Aptar is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across Cary North and McHenry manufacturing sites. You will influence business outcomes through people strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and change leadership.

You will partner with site leaders, lead workforce planning and performance management, champion engagement, and drive HR programs while ensuring compliance and an excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of HR experience, including partnership with leaders in HRBP or HR Manager roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience developing and executing site HR strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and balance business objectives with employee needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to align people strategies with business goals and priorities.
• Coach and advise on employee relations, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.
• Lead talent initiatives: workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, and development.
• Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Drive HR programs: compensation planning, employee listening, goal setting, and organizational effectiveness.
