Flynn Arby’s in Ozark, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll manage inventory, schedule labor, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities with Flynn Arby’s within Flynn Group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality/food service role.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
