Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Missouri restaurant. You’ll supervise front‑line teams, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

This role partners with the General Manager to schedule, train, and coach staff, manage labor cost controls, and uphold food safety and quality. The ideal candidate leads with clear communication and a service‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Food/Hospitality leadership role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
