Job summary

Hire Dynamics in West Union, SC is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator to support day-to-day client relationships and workforce operations on a 3rd shift. You’ll manage onboarding, payroll, attendance, and staff development, while partnering with the client to resolve workforce issues with a calm and solution-focused approach.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service role with client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled timely and appropriately.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners; understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, timekeeping).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations; documents and investigates safety incidents.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies; conducts performance reviews; manages assignments.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
