Job summary

Hire Dynamics – Dublin, GA is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a 4-month contract to support seasonal demand. This onsite, part-time role runs from 10pm to 2am and focuses on client and associate relations, payroll, timekeeping, and process improvements.

You will partner with the client and vendors to resolve workforce issues, provide frontline service to the management team, and ensure service level agreements are met. Strong data handling and communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in logistics/manufacturing and customer service preferred.
• Data management experience and HR exposure are favorable.
• Ability to use CRM, Power BI and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures timely and appropriate handling of employee issues.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
