Boulevard St Charles in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a full-time Business Office Director to lead HR and payroll functions for our community. You will direct confidential human relations systems, oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ensure compliant, high-quality service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management, including payroll and employee training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at least 12th grade.
• Strong professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be comfortable with desk-based tasks and light lifting.
