The Boulevard Senior Living-St Charles is hiring a Business Office Director in St Charles, MO. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with weekend rotation coverage. Salary ranges from $56,160 to $75,920, plus up to $4,000 in annual performance bonuses. Join our team at 3330 Ehlmann Rd, and help manage HR, payroll, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in human resources management, including payroll and employee training.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk four to six hours a day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.
• Health screening and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain secure confidential human relations systems for the community – all while providing first-class customer service.
• Be a Hiring Hero: Responsible for grassroots recruitment efforts and collaboration with Recruitment and department heads to find talent while ensuring compliance.
