Qualifications

• Two years of college; at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience handling bookkeeping and knowledge of basic accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Be the “First Face” of the community: serve as the welcoming host coordinating the recruitment process.
• Be a Management Mechanic: maintain and repair the front desk routines and staff alignment.
• Be the “HR Guru”: provide education and guidance on HR matters and track staff training and retention.
• Be an Entrepreneurial Steward: manage financial and business needs while supervising arrangements and maintaining order.
