This full-time role requires coordinating the recruitment process, supervising front desk staff, providing HR guidance, and overseeing financial operations to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years of college and/or three years of elderly care experience.
• Experience handling bookkeeping and basic accounting.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Comfortable standing and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'First Face' welcoming visitors and coordinating recruitment.
• Maintain and repair the front desk staff routines and processes.
• Provide HR guidance, track training, and promote employee benefits.
• Manage the community's financial and business needs and supervise arrangements.
