Charter Senior Living of GODFREY is seeking a proactive Business Office Director to lead daily office operations, payroll, HR, onboarding, and billing in a senior living community in Godfrey, IL.

The BOM will partner closely with leadership to balance resident service with efficient administrative processes, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards are upheld in all financial matters.

Qualifications

• Previous Business Office Manager or HR Coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and billing is essential.
• Healthcare/senior living experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily business office operations and administrative functions.
• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and hiring paperwork.
• Support billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure operational support needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members.
