Rho, the modern banking platform, is hiring a People Partner to serve managers and employees in our Nashville office. You will bridge local needs with global People initiatives, driving cross-functional projects from design through rollout and partnering with teams across our offices to ensure programs work for everyone, not just one location.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Natural ability to partner with managers and employees and build trust over time.
• Ability to articulate the People team's mission and translate it into day-to-day work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in precise, accurate work.
• High ownership and follow-through: take a challenge to resolution.
• Discretion and sound judgment handling sensitive, confidential matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences and situations.
• Target compensation range for this role is $95,625 - $146,250. Equity, healthcare benefits, and PTO are also offered.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted, ongoing partner to local people managers, coaching through people challenges of running a team.
• Support employees across the full arc of their time at Rho, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
• Partner on employee relations with sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Support audit and compliance work with internal and external control functions.
• Own operational and administrative work for the People function with precision and pride in the details.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, including program design, rollout, and local execution.
• Leverage data to spot trends, inform decisions, and communicate with leadership.
• Act as a visible, trusted People advocate for managers and employees in Nashville.
