Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, People and Culture to provide hands-on HR partnership for a defined client group within Corporate Functions. You will help leaders translate business needs into practical workforce and engagement actions while strengthening manager capability and performance conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational psychology, organizational development, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, people partnership, employee relations, talent management, business operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to understand priorities, workforce needs, operating challenges, and employee experience issues.
• Support workforce plans, organizational changes, talent actions, engagement priorities, and core people processes.
• Provide practical guidance to managers on performance management, development, and employee conversations.
• Identify recurring issues and elevate patterns with recommended actions to senior P&C leaders.
• Help managers adopt new ways of working and technology-enabled processes.
• Use data and feedback to identify issues, track progress, and recommend actions.
• Coach leaders for effective discussions and decisions in talent and performance processes.
• Connect critical skill and staffing needs to available solutions.
• Support engagement actions, culture priorities, and manager routines to improve experience and performance.
• Ensure routine people processes are executed with quality and business outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
