Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with employee record administration and policy interpretation.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve problems using HR knowledge and participate in HR workstream projects.
