Job summary

Ramp is seeking a People Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple business functions. You will own the People agenda for your portfolio, coach managers through performance and development, and lead talent initiatives in collaboration with leadership.

You will handle sensitive cases with discretion and partner with Legal and People Operations to drive structured processes. You will use data and firsthand context to inform priorities, advise executives, and implement

Qualifications

Proven track record as a People Business Partner or in related HR leadership.
Ability to coach managers through performance and development.
Strong use of data to drive people decisions.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Own the People Business agenda for the portfolio and align with business goals.
Coach managers through performance, feedback, development, retention and talent decisions.
Lead talent and organizational changes with data and leadership guidance.
Manage sensitive employee relations cases in collaboration with People Ops and Legal.
Guide leadership on compensation processes and engagement cycles with data-backed insights.
