Ramp is hiring a People Business Partner to support managers and employees across Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Talent, Workplace, and Executive Assistants. Reporting to the Lead People Business Partner for Business & G&A, you’ll be the primary People Business contact for these teams.

This hands-on IC role involves coaching employees and partnering with C-suite leaders on major reorganizations. You’ll own the People Business agenda for this portfolio, set priorities with senior leaders, and

• Proven ability to coach managers on performance, development, retention and talent decisions.
• Independent ownership with senior stakeholder trust and cross-portfolio prioritization.
• Strong analytical habits using data to identify priorities and measure results.
• Hands-on IC mindset with willingness to handle detailed casework and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Business agenda for your portfolio and align with business goals.
• Coach managers through performance, feedback and development; support difficult conversations.
• Lead talent and org changes using data and context across teams.
• Manage employee relations, leave, investigations in collaboration with specialists.
• Lead performance, engagement and compensation cycles with cross-team partnerships.
• Improve team effectiveness by identifying gaps and building reusable processes.
