Fluidstack is seeking an experienced leader to head its facilities production engineering team in Seattle, responsible for hiring, setting priorities, delivering projects, and on-call health as the fleet scales. You will own the roadmap linking site needs to engineering output, coordinate with operations teams, and run the operating rhythm so the team builds what shifts actually require.

You will grow engineers across the OT/IT boundary, hire for rare hybrid skills, and ensure the organization
