Job summary

Fluidstack in San Francisco is seeking an HR partner for our Manufacturing org to scale from startup crew to full production workforce. You will serve as the main point for employee relations and partner with managers on hiring, performance, and tough conversations.

You will own investigations with judgment and speed, design onboarding and engagement rhythms for both hourly and salaried staff, and help ensure a compliant, high-velocity people operation.

Qualifications

• You’ve been the HR partner for manufacturing, on-site.
• You’ve coached first-time managers to become good ones.
• You’ve run sensitive ER cases end to end with durable investigations.
• You move at operating speed with same-day answers and timely policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales.
• Coach managers on hiring, performance, and hard conversations.
• Own employee relations on the ground and document with speed.
• Build HR rhythms for hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and off-boarding.
