TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist in the United States to support Employee Relations and special projects. You will report to the HR Manager and contribute to a People First culture while ensuring timely onboarding, payroll alignment, and policy updates.

The role emphasizes high performance in a fast-growing BPO environment with opportunities for professional growth and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of direct HR experience; call center/BPO experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking, detail orientation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop HR solutions by collecting information and recommending actions.
• Improve manager/employee performance by identifying problems and solutions.
• Lead special projects with timelines and coordination.
• Prepare reports by analyzing data and trends.
• Ensure legal compliance with evolving laws.
• Onboard new hires with a strong experience; support payroll and legal.
• Administer employee surveys and address concerns.
• Assist payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and policy updates.
• Maintain office culture and open-door approach.
