Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own day-to-day People Operations, including employee data integrity, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and lifecycle initiatives from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the People and Finance teams to resolve issues and streamline processes while delivering a reliable HR experience.

Located in Lincoln, NE, this salaried role requires 4+ years in HR, strong employment-law knowledge, and comfort with AI

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, state regulations).
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, offboarding.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills across audiences; able to resolve issues independently.
• Experience in Enterprise HRIS.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools and workflows.
• HR certifications (SHRM, PHR) preferred.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of employee information.

Responsibilities

• Own employee data integrity across People systems through audits and maintenance.
• Manage HR Ticketing Tool and Slack channels as primary employee support contact.
• Administer the background check program for onboarding and setup.
• Coordinate employee offboarding with documentation and communications.
• Support benefits, leave, and perks administration; escalate as needed.
• Partner with HRBPs and Accounting to surface process gaps and drive changes.
• Maintain compliance reporting and HR calendar with regular cadence.
• Lead Employee Handbook introductions and keep content current.
