Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Proactive problem-solving: you identify gaps and fill them.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries.
• Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures.
• Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Optimize HR systems and scalable processes to support strategic decisions.
• Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting.
• Manage rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Serve as point of contact for rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time-off questions.
• Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Handle other People or operations tasks as needed by the team.
