Job summary

Neural Earth, Inc. is seeking a People (HR) Operations Manager to own payroll, contractor payments, and the employee lifecycle across two entities in the US and abroad.

You’ll manage W2s, onboarding, leaves, and the ATS/HRIS ecosystem, partnering with the CFO and leadership to shape People processes end to end. You’ll also lead hiring, policy management, and vendor compliance while maintaining strict confidentiality and building trust across a small, global team.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in People Operations or recruiting with end-to-end hiring ownership
• Hands-on Rippling administration including payroll cycles and onboarding workflows
• Experience with Ashby or a similar ATS and multi-state US payroll tax registration
• Experience paying international contractors and supporting two or more legal entities
• Travel readiness up to 10% as needed

Responsibilities

• Own payroll and contractor payments across two entities, US and globally.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, leaves, device management, and offboarding.
• Run end-to-end hiring: job descriptions, ATS administration, candidate screens, offers.
• Advise leaders on people solutions and workforce planning.
• Shape culture and environment to support high performance and growth.
