Job summary

Massive Rocket is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist to own the operational workflows spanning People Operations, payroll, finance operations, travel, events, and internal systems. You’ll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability in a hands‑on role that values ownership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations, HR Ops, Business Ops, Finance Ops, or similar.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, contracts, documentation, and HR administration.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, contractor payments, expenses, and financial administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience coordinating travel, events, offsites, vendors, and logistics.
• Confidential information handling with discretion.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication with employees, vendors, internal stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with proactive mindset to improve workflows.
• Experience with automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from contracts to onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, addendums, and other HR docs.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, contractor invoices, expenses, and approvals.
• Manage company travel, accommodations, transport, itineraries, and queries.
• Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, and vendors.
• Maintain records across employee data, leave, bookings, expenses, contracts.
• Act as a point of contact for HR and operational queries.
• Manage SOWs, Change Orders, signatures, and documentation.
• Continuously improve workflows and internal processes for scalability.
• Build and maintain automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual work.
