iRocket is seeking an HR & People Operations Lead to build scalable HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will own recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, craft people policies, manage compensation and benefits, and partner with leadership to guide strategic people decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven HR, compliance with labor laws, and building programs for engagement, training, and wellness across a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation.

Responsibilities

The Role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation
• Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
• Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence in resolving conflicts
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment
