You’ll collaborate across People Operations, payroll, finance operations, travel, events, and internal systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or related role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, contractor payments, expenses, and financial administration.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, expense, e-signature, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and manage offers, employment contracts, addendums, and other documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, contractor invoices, expenses, and approvals.
• Manage travel, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and travel queries.
• Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, vendors, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records across employee data, leaves, bookings, expenses, and contracts.
