Job summary

Morpho is building the People infrastructure to empower managers and teams. You will own People products end-to-end, from identifying where friction exists to designing and rolling out solutions across geographies, including onboarding, compensation, data, and internal tools.

This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of People, operations and product thinking. You will use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve the manager experience while upholding Morpho's culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in general operations or People Operations, or as a leader owning People topics.
• This role requires strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
• Proven ability to earn trust and manage senior stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy with proactive use of new tools, AI and automation.
• Ability to apply first principles and handle exceptions logically.
• Values simplicity and reduces unnecessary processes.
• Supports a strong culture and adapts without reinventing it.
• Resilient to feedback and maintains ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own People products end-to-end from problem identification to rollout and iteration.
• Speak with managers and ICs to understand recurring friction in People infrastructure.
• Turn recurring questions into clearer tools, better workflows or automation.
• Improve onboarding so new joiners and managers operate with less handholding.
• Help improve performance, feedback, promotion and career processes.
• Build and maintain compensation infrastructure with market data and decision tools.
• Make People information easy to find and use.
• Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve UX.
• Support sensitive People situations requiring judgment and independence.
• Tackle new People infrastructure problems creating leverage across the org.
