Qualifications

• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health & safety compliance.
• Support P&L management by controlling cash, shrink, and waste.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle guest feedback and drive restaurant growth.
