Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell location in Illinois. You will support daily operations, coach Team Members, manage labor and inventory, ensure safety, and uphold brand standards.

This role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities while driving growth and a positive workplace culture. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of leadership in QSR or retail, strong communication, analytical skills, and a passion for excellence

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations and ensure brand standards.
• Coach and mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders to drive performance.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and health & safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and drive guest-experience improvements.
• Assist in driving revenue, profits, and store growth.
