Qualifications

• 5–8 years in People Operations/HR with Talent Acquisition ownership.
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting or HR workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition for all open roles.
• Own time-to-fill metrics and requisition throughput.
• Support managers with hiring processes and expectations.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes to handle rising volume.
• Leverage AI tools to speed sourcing and screening.
• Administer People Ops systems (HRIS, ATS) and maintain data integrity.
• Cross-train to provide backup across People Operations.
• Guide performance management, employee relations, and advisory activities.
