Job summary

GoEngineer in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day people operations, strengthen employee relations, and drive scalable processes during a period of growth. You will manage the People Services team and partner with leaders across the business to optimize HRIS implementations and compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people in an HR or People Operations environment.
• Strong employee relations expertise with ability to influence leaders.
• Hands-on experience with HR operations, systems, and core processes.
• Experience supporting multi-state organizations; Canada exposure is a plus.
• Experience leading or supporting HRIS implementations or major changes.
• Exposure to compensation processes and cycles; willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Services team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Partner with managers to drive compliant, thoughtful employee relations.
• Own HR operations, including policies, processes, and lifecycle activities.
• Play a key role in HRIS implementations, training, and adoption.
• Leverage data and AI tools to improve service delivery and decisions.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT on US/Canada operations.
