Job summary

Page Executive in Utah is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive transformational growth, elevate talent acquisition, and modernize people processes within a fast-growing infrastructure services organization.

The role focuses on building a scalable HR infrastructure, leading recruiting strategies, workforce planning, HR operations, compensation and performance management, and strategic partnerships with executive leadership. In-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives.
• Experience coaching operational leaders and management teams.
• Strong background in recruiting, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Viewpoint Vista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of company-wide recruiting strategies.
• Improve hiring quality, speed, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
• Develop sourcing strategies for skilled trades, construction, and operations roles.
• Build and enhance employer brand and recruiting partnerships.
• Implement scalable recruiting processes and best practices.
• Develop workforce planning strategies and career paths.
• Build succession planning programs across key positions.
• Optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency via Vista View Point.
• Leverage technology to automate workflows and improve reporting and analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR and partner with Payroll.
