Experience with HRIS platforms; Oracle HCM preferred.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools in HR operations.
Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication and discretion with confidential information.
