Central Health is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support and optimize the HRIS (UKG Ready) and drive HR data integrity. The role collaborates with the People Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to map processes for automation, assist in system upgrades, and provide training and resources for end-users.

The position emphasizes a blend of technical HRIS skills and People Operations knowledge, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing off-site and onsite work based on business

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HRIS UKG Ready
• Assist in migrating HR data and troubleshooting system errors
• Participate in regular system audits
• Map HR processes for automation and self-service opportunities
• Support workflow analyses for HR processes
• Assist in developing SOPs for new system functionalities
• Validate automated changes (new hires, terminations, promotions)
• Test and QA HRIS upgrades and enhancements
• Document configurations and change-management processes
• Support reporting and data requirements for compliance activities
