Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a People Operations Generalist to enhance the employee experience and ensure operational excellence across the lifecycle. The role focuses on managing Workday processes, data accuracy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR/People Operations, strong customer service, and a solid understanding of HR compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Administration, or HRIS-related roles.
• 3+ Workday experience supporting business processes, reporting, security, or system administration.
• Experience in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Workday business processes, inbox tasks, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT to resolve escalated concerns.
• Support Workday testing, system enhancements, and annual process cycles.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on people programs, policies, and processes.
• Assist with onboarding, internal mobility, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and documentation per legal and organizational requirements.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Process employee transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity across employee records.
