System Logistics Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist who thrives on human connection and making the employee experience meaningful. From welcoming new hires to representing the company at career fairs, you will be a culture champion and trusted resource for employees and managers.

You will own onboarding, HR programs, performance support, recruitment efforts, payroll and benefits assistance, and maintain accurate records.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, or a related area.
• Experience with HRIS systems and employee records management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Conduct employee check-ins and gather feedback to improve the employee experience.
• Assist with employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding activities.
• Create and maintain employee communications, presentations, guides, and HR resources.
• Support performance management, training administration, employee surveys, and reporting activities.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen communication, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Participate in recruiting activities, including career fairs and talent attraction initiatives.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide support in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related projects as needed.
