Job summary

A2G International is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Operations Generalist to own recruiting, HR admin, and day-to-day operations, enabling scalable growth in a small, hands-on team.

The role includes recruiting hard-to-fill roles, onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, maintaining records, coordinating travel, and improving processes with leadership. You’ll partner across functions to keep processes running smoothly as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR, business operations, or recruiting experience in a professional office environment.
• Hands-on recruiting and HR administration experience: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding.
• Professional polish: communicating with candidates, leadership, vendors, and outside agencies.
• Strong organization and time management; nothing slips through the cracks.
• High discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-starter who works well independently without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting cycle: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening resumes, phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers moving through the process.
• Manage applicant tracking system and keep pipeline clean and up to date.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-hire steps and onboarding handoff.
• Run onboarding and offboarding for employees (I-9s, paperwork, orientation, separation).
• Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support payroll and timekeeping administration (timesheets, PTO, payroll changes).
• Answer employee questions on benefits and process benefits paperwork.
• Assist with employment verifications and respond to state/agency correspondence.
• Help maintain HR processes in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
