Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Support employee relations and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Partner with managers on performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Assist employees with benefits, leave administration, and HR inquiries.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and site philanthropy activities.
• Help drive engagement programs that strengthen company culture.
• Assist with reporting, policy administration, workers' compensation, and compliance efforts.
