Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
• Broad HR experience with the ability to independently manage a full HR function.
• Experience supporting both hourly and professional employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.
• Business-minded and comfortable using data to guide decisions.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership and managers on employee relations, performance and people decisions.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
• Strengthen performance management and manager development.
