Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Proactive problem-solving: you identify gaps and fill them.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries.
• Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures.
• Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets.

Job description

• As a People Operations Generalist, you will optimize HR systems, implement scalable and efficient processes, and ensure data accuracy to support strategic decision-making
• Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, making sure we have accurate and actionable insights for decision-making
• Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more
• Own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Point of contact for employee questions and matters related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and timeoff
• Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Other People or general operations responsibilities as required by the People team on an ad-hoc basis
