Figma is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our global People Ops team. The role focuses on executing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and seamless employee experience.

Based in our San Francisco hub, you’ll partner with IT and Payroll, manage time off and attendance, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting ongoing people projects.

Mansioni

• Onboard new hires and coordinate offboarding processes.
• Assist with bi-weekly in-person onboarding in the SF hub, welcoming new hires and managing logistics.
• Serve as first point of contact for People-related questions including onboarding, HR data, benefits, and verifications of employment.
• Partner with IT and Payroll to onboard new hires and keep information up to date.
• Support processing employee changes including compensation, relocation, and manager changes.
• Provide support for managing global time off and time and attendance.
• Maintain and organize internal documentation; regularly review/update docs to reflect changes.
• Manage HR team compliance to ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws.
• Assist with projects within the people team.
