Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles with recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and applicant tracking system workflows.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Provide HR administrative support and reporting.
• Assist with background checks and pre-employment processing.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidates and employees.
